Justin Miller brings a rare combination of enterprise technology expertise and real-world ministry experience to every client engagement. He has spent his career at the intersection of technology and mission — building systems that serve people, leading teams through complexity, and helping organizations operate with greater effectiveness and purpose. Justin's passion for ministry technology was forged in the field. As Field Technology Coordinator for the Church of the Nazarene, he provided hands-on technology consulting to ministries across seven South Pacific countries — supporting four colleges, a hospital, eight health clinics, and over a thousand churches. He designed and implemented financial systems, enterprise networks, ERP platforms, and communications infrastructure for organizations that had neither the budget nor the staff to figure it out alone. He later served as Chief Operating Officer of Nazarene General Hospital in Papua New Guinea — a 145-bed mission hospital — where he led the organization through the challenges of COVID-19 while rebuilding its financial infrastructure from the ground up. Back in the United States, Justin has continued to develop his enterprise technology skills at the highest levels — leading complex cloud and AI engagements for major commercial organizations, designing solutions across healthcare, finance, and retail, and managing large-scale technology projects from strategy through execution. Justin is a credentialed minister in the Church of the Nazarene, actively pursuing ordination. His faith isn't a footnote to his professional work — it's the reason he does it. He founded Diakonos Technology because he believes the ministries and nonprofits doing the most important work in the world deserve access to the same quality of technology leadership that large corporations take for granted. When he's not helping ministries harness technology for their mission, Justin serves as a part-time pastor and lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his family.
